For New Subscriptions:
If you're not satisfied with Revelly within your first 30 days, we'll refund 100% of your payment.
To request a refund:
- Email hello@aidailyhq.com within 30 days of your first payment
- Include your account email and reason (optional, but helps us improve)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
What You'll Lose:
- Access to the Service immediately upon refund
- All stored reports and data (download before requesting if needed)
2. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime through your account or by emailing us
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial-month refunds after the first 30 days
Annual Subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime
- Access continues until the end of your annual term
- Pro-rated refunds available within first 30 days only
3. Trial Period
14-Day Free Trial:
- No credit card required for trial
- Full access to your selected plan
- Convert to paid or cancel before trial ends
- No charges if you cancel during trial
4. Refund Exceptions
We Do NOT Refund:
- After 30 days (unless service is unavailable due to our fault)
- Partial months (except as required by law)
- If Terms of Service were violated
- If deliverables were downloaded/shared extensively
We MAY Refund (Case by Case):
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Extenuating circumstances
